This is a French style sourdough, mild, sweet and nutty. It has a long shelf life and tastes great with everything. Large and small loaves available. Baked daily.

A lightly sweet bread, enriched with eggs, milk and butter. We make loaves and buns.

A five-braided oval-shaped loaf. It is topped with sesame or poppy seeds, or baked plain. Challah is a gorgeous bread with a golden brown crust. It is similar to brioche, but with no dairy. Baked on Fridays.
Essentially Floriole’s version of “Cacio e Pepe” this bread is chock full of tangy gruyere with a hint of fresh ground black pepper for balance. Hard to beat.
This pitch black loaf isn’t burned; its intended to mimic the appearance of the loaf of bread preserved in volcanic ash found in the ruins of Pompeii. This bread has black olives and ricotta salata in every bite, is flavored with lemon zest and colored with food grade charcoal.
