This is a French style sourdough, mild, sweet and nutty. It has a long shelf life and tastes great with everything. Large and small loaves available. Baked daily.

A creamy white loaf made with Durum wheat. Slightly sour notes counter the rich nuttiness of the crust. A very versatile bread. Large loaves. Baked daily.
A lightly sweet bread, enriched with eggs, milk and butter. We make loaves and buns.
A five-braided oval-shaped loaf. It is topped with sesame or poppy seeds, or baked plain. Challah is a gorgeous bread with a golden brown crust. It is similar to brioche, but with no dairy. Baked on Fridays.
