Featuring a crisp exterior and a delicate open crumb, our baguette is made with a sourdough starter to add complexity and a balanced acidity. Baked daily.

House Sourdough

This is a French style sourdough, mild, sweet and nutty. It has a long shelf life and tastes great with everything. Large and small loaves available. Baked daily.

Seeded Sourdough

Our house sourdough with the addition of toasted flax, oats, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and pepitas. Perfect for sandwiches. Pan style loaves. Baked Daily.


A creamy white loaf made with Durum wheat. Slightly sour notes counter the rich nuttiness of the crust. A very versatile bread. Large loaves. Baked daily.


A lightly sweet bread, enriched with eggs, milk and butter. We make loaves and buns.


A five-braided oval-shaped loaf. It is topped with sesame or poppy seeds, or baked plain. Challah is a gorgeous bread with a golden brown crust. It is similar to brioche, but with no dairy. Baked on Fridays.


Rich and complex olive oil flavor. Our focaccia features a chewy, open crumb. Sold by the piece. Baked daily.

October 20th 5-7pm. Join us for a conversation with Lisa Ludwinski, author of Sister PIe – the recipes and stories of a big-hearted bakery in Detroit. The discussion will be moderated by Tim Mazurek and Floriole bakers will make several recipes from the book for guests to sample. Books will be available for purchase at the event.
