FULL QUICHES

Meat & vegetarians options available. Made with a mix of any two seasonal ingredients and either cheddar or goat cheese. Serves 8-10 comfortably.

SEASONAL VEGETABLE & GRAIN SALADS

A rotating selection of vegetarian salads and dips made with seasonal vegetables, herbs, and grains. A quart serves 7-8 people comfortably. Can easily be made vegan/gluten free. These change on a monthly basis, call or stop in the cafe to see what is available this month!

All served on baguette. Parisian (ham, organic cheddar, ramp butter and old-fashioned mustard), Marinated beet (sliced beets, cashew crème, and pea shoots), Turkey club (turkey, bacon, avocado, roasted tomato aioli. Sold in units of 4 servings.
